Al-Muthanna Ibn Haritha: One Of Pioner Conquest Of Persia.

Maybe we doesnt often hear name this shahaba. But, this shahaba is hero who has big role at Conquest Of Persia. Usually, we many familiarly with name Saad Ibn Abi Waqqash as hero of Battle Of Qadisiyyah, but, dont forget, this shahaba is one of pioner conquest of Persia. At 632 AD, Rasulullah Shallahu Alaihi Wasallam die at Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and Muslim Community at Arabia threatened. For know it, we need retreat first to Rasulullah Shallahu Alaihi Wasallam s age.

Originally, Al-Muthanna is Commander from Tribes Of Shayban, who lives at Iraq under Empire Of Persia. While Rasullullah Shallahu Alaihi Wasallam suffered at Mecca because distraction that do Quraish to his preach, he preach to Bani Shayban that lead by Al-Muthanna. Al-Muthanna doesnt convert to Islam,but he offer with his tribe, he will protect Rasulullah Shallahu Alaihi Wasallam. He convert to Islam at Era Abu Bakr As-Shidiq and he joined Muslim Army that attack Persian Empire. He became subordinate of Khalid Ibn Walid and under Khalid s leadership, he succeded defeated Persian Army at several battle. Until Caliph Abu Bakr command Khalid to left Persia and lead Muslim Army for expedition to Syria that ruled by Byzantine Empire, because Byzantine Empire moved their army to annexed boundaries of Islamic Territories.

Al-Muthanna being Army Commander replaced Khalid Ibn Walid. King Of Persia, Shariar send 10.000 troops under Commander Hormuz Ibn Jadhuyih and they bring many elephant. Al-Muthanna attack Persian s Elephant  and Muslim Army attack Army Of Persian until they succeded defeat Persian Army.

At the time of Caliph Omar Ibn Khattab s government, Al-Muthanna active at Conquest at Iraq Territories that ruled by Persian Empire. Al-Muthanna lead Muslim Cavalry at Battle Of Namariq ( 13 H) and he defeat Persian Army under Mardin Shah. Al-Muthanna and his army conquer many territories such as territories around River Of Jur. At Battle Of Jisr, Muslim Army suffered defeat because Persian Army under Bahman Jadhuyih bring many elephant and make Muslim Cavalry mess. Muslim Army forced retreat to bridge at River Of Eupharates Al-Muthanna and a small army walk to suburbs of river and keep the bridge for Muslim Army who retreat. Muslim Commander, Abu Ubaid at-Thaqafi, die at this battle.

At Month Of Ramadhan, Persian Army under Mehran attack Army Of Al-Muthanna at Buwaib, Al-Muthanna studied from his defeat at Jisr, he used smart strategy: attack gap of the Persian Army and make ennemy commander as target, one of Muslim Warrior, Jarir Ibn Abdillah kill Mehran and Persian Army run panically, Muslim Army chased Persian Army while conquest territories beetwen River Of Eupharate and River Of Tigris.

Unfortunately, at 14 H, Muthanna die because his wound while Battle Of Jisr. Muslim Army at Iraq next command by Saad Ibn Abi Waqqash, we will discuss it at other event,        Insha Allah.

Important for your know, sucessman doesnt man who never failed at his life, but person at want repaired his failed to achieve victory.
