Al-Qasim Ibn Muhammad Ibn Abu Bakr: Persian Prince Who Became Islamic Scholar.

Maybe, you ever seeing movie Prince Of Persia that tell about journey from Dastan, a Prince from Persia. Today, we will discuss about Prince Of Persia who became Islamic Scholar. He is Al-Qasim Ibn Muhammad Ibn Abu Bakar. Al-Qasim is son from Muhammad Ibn Abu Bakr, and his mother is Persian Princess, daughter from Last Persian Emperor, Yazdegred. Because this, Al-Qasim has blood Islamic Caliph from his father , who is son from first Islamic Caliph, Abu Bakr As-Shiddiq, and Persian Emperor from his mother. De factor, he is one Prince Of Persia.

Al-Qasim born at era of Uthman Ibn Affan s goverment at Rashidun Caliphate. At 656 AD, Caliph Uthman Ibn Affan die because rebellion and he replaced with Ali Ibn Abi Thalib as Caliph Of Rashidun Caliphate.  At Era Of Caliph Ali Ibn Abi Thalib, Muhammad Ibn Abu Bakr ruled Egypt as Rashidun Caliphate Governor. This era is Civil War Era, Muhammad Ibn Abu Bakr, according Imam Ibn Kathir, was 26 year old man when he ruled. Levant  ( Syira, Palestine, and around it)Governor under  Rashidun Caliphate, Muawiya Ibn Abi Sufyan tried to captured Egypt rom Caliph Ali Ibn Abi Thalib. Muawiya send his general, Amr Ibn Ash to attack Egypt and Amr Ibn Ash attack Egypt with 16.000 Syrian Army. Muhammad Ibn Abu Bakr only bring 2000 Egyptian Cavalry. Battle broke and Muhammad Ibn Abu Bakr killed because  ganged up by many Syrian Warriors. Muhammad Ibn Abu Bakr die at 36 H.

At this event,  Al-Qasim Ibn Muhammad Ibn Abu Bakr still a child. His aunt, Aisha Binti Abu Bakr, widow from Propeth Muhammad Shallahu Alaihi Wasallam , hug him because Muhammad is so sad hear new his father s die.

Next, Al Qasim Ibn Muhammad  Ibn Abu Bakr  taken care with his aunt,  Aisha Binti Abu Bakr. Aisha Binti Abu Bakr take care Al-Qasim and his little sister. Because Aisha Binti Abu Bakr doesnt has children, he take care Al-Qasim and his little sister like take care his children. Aisha take care Al-Qasim and his little sister lovely. And from his aunt, Al-Qasim many studied about Islamic Teaching, included Quran, Islamic Holy Book and Propeth Muhammad Shallahu Alaihi Wasallam s teaching.  Al-Qasim was memorized Quran when he grown up and he also studied from Propeth Muhammad Shallahu Alaihi Wasallam s shahabas, included Abdullah Ibn Umar, Abdullah Ibn Az-Zubayr and Abdullah Ibn Khabab. He became Islamic  Spiritual Leader at Medina.

Al-Qasim, though he is Islamic Scholar and Islamic Spiritual Leader at Medina, also man who doesnt  hesitate help society at social job. He join Mosque Nabawi at Medina s renovation and work with his  hand, until Medina Residents join his job.  People said, Al Qasim is so  similar with his grandfather, Abu Bakr As-Shidiq. Al-Qasim similar with Abu Bakr As-Shidiq at his kindness and his faith.

Al-Qasim die at 712 AD.  He  testamentary to burried with  shroud from his clothes that he use for Prayer. And, Al Qasim is  humble person. He said to his son, near to his die, for not tell his kind, because he feel himself is not important people. It is shape of humbleness from big Islamic Scholar.
