Yusuf Ibn Tashfin: Moroccan Leader Who Save Muslim At Spain.
At 11 TH Century, Umayyad Caliphate
at Spain entered his dark age, and collapsed, Muslims at Spain split into 22
small goverment, and at this age, appear a Muslim Hero who his role important
for Muslim Existension at Spain, he is Yusuf Ibn Tashfin, that we will discuss

Islamic Exitension at Andalusia is
under threat, Alfonso VI succeded united two Christian Kingdom at Spain, Leon
and Navarre, and at Valencia, an Spanish Knight, Rodrigo Diaz De Bivar succeded
make a base at Valencia, and Rodrigo tried to attack Muslim Goverment Of
Abbadiyyah, Leader Of Abbadiyyah, Al Mutamid, ask helperd to Dynasty Of Almoravid,
that lead by Yusuf Ibn Tashfin, and ruled Africa from Algeria until Senegal.
Yusuf Ibn Tashfin is cousin from
Shaykh Abu Bakar Ibn Umar Al-Lintuni, leader of Almoravid ( Al Murabithun) before him, he became Ruler
Of Almoravid because Shaykh Abu Bakar leave his position for spread Islam at
Africa, but Shaykh Abu Bakar dia at forest at Central Africa, and Yusuf became
his sucessor at Throne Of Al Moravid, about the origin of Al Moravid Dynasty at
Senegal, we will discuss at other article, Insha Allah. When Yusuf Ibn Tashfin
lead, he build a city at Morocco for his capital, the city is City Of Marrakesh
Yusuf Ibn Tashfin came to Spain for
helped Muslim there. He went with 30.000 army for attack Alfonso VI. Alfonso
VI, hear Yusuf s plan, collect 60.000 army from Spain, Italy, Germany, France,
and England. At 479 H ( 1086 AD), two
army side by side at Zallaqah, near Badajoz, Yusuf Ibn Tashfin lead Army Of Al
Moravid, and also helped by Al Mutamid Ibn Abbad and his army. Battle broke
after Jumat Prayer, mentioned, only 500 army from Alfonso VI who can back
safely from this battle.
After the battle, Yusuf back to
Morocco, but, Muslim Kings at Spain ask helped from Christian Kings at Spain
for destroy Al Moravid Army that sended by Yusuf Ibn Tashfin for preach at
Spain, because Muslim Kings at Spain, at this era, far from Islamic Teaching.
At 1090 AD, Yusuf came to Spain for
attack Muslim Kings at Spain, and he succeded occupied Spain, and Spain became
part of Al Moravid Dynasty.
At 1093 AD, El Cid occupied City Of
Valencia, and defeat Almoravid Garisson under Abu Bakar Al-Lamtuni ( different
with Abu Bakar Al-Lintuni). Yusuf moved his troops to attack El Cid, and he
defeat El Cid s army at Battle Of Konsugira, that happened at 1098 AD, at
1099 AD, El Cid die at 56 years old, and
at 1102 AD, Al Moravid Army captured Valencia from remnant of El Cid s warrior.
At 1106 AD, Yusuf Ibn Tashfin die at
97 years old. He lead for 46 years old
and expand territoris of Almoravid to Spain for protect Muslim there from Kingdom
Of Castille or split of the Muslim Kings.
